Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM & Saturday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
Pay: $15/hour + $5 per qualified lead

Position Summary:
The Telemarketer is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate qualified leads and schedule opportunities for the agency sales team. This is a part-time, results-driven position ideal for someone who is energetic, confident, and comfortable on the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls using assigned lead lists and campaigns.
- Engage prospective and existing clients using approved scripts.
- Identify interest and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and warm transfers when appropriate.
- Accurately document calls, outcomes, and follow-up information.
- Meet established calling and lead-generation goals.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and energetic attitude.
Qualifications:
- Strong phone and communication skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Energetic, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
