Position Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to existing clients while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships. This role combines day-to-day account servicing with proactive sales, cross-selling, and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy questions, changes, billing, and general service needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps and additional needs.
- Cross-sell appropriate insurance and financial products.
- Generate quotes and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls and texts to clients and assigned leads.
- Support client retention and proactively address client concerns.
- Work assigned campaigns and follow established follow-up expectations.
- Accurately document client interactions and opportunities.
- Meet established service, retention, activity, and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the team to support overall agency growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Organized, dependable, and results-driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- Required insurance licensing must be obtained and maintained.
Compensation:
$55K–$65K base salary + commissions/bonus
$75K–$120K total earning potential based on individual performance and applicable compensation plans.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
